Lenovo Tab P11 Plus has been launched as a family tablet and on viewing and reviewing, it does look like it too. The tab has a very stylish dual-tone look. The tab is a well-rounded device. It is strong in almost all its features. 

The Lenovo Tab P11 Plus has an 11-inch and 2k screen display. The tab also has immersive sound with quality Dolby Atmos Quad speakers. Lenovo has also installed Google Kids Space for kids’ entertainment, wherein people can download thousands and millions of kid’s apps that are verified by Google for their kids. Performance

Lenovo Tab P11 Plus runs on Android 11. It has a Mediatek MT6785 Helio G90T chipset, Octa-core (2×2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU, and Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. 

The processor is powerful as it runs all the heavy apps smoothly. There is no lag and you can switch between the kids to general mode without lag. The video streaming is flawless as well.

Design

The Lenovo Tab P11 Plus has an aluminum-alloy design with a dual-tone finish. The tab comes in three colors – Slate grey, Platinum grey, and Modernist teal. There is also an optional keyboard available with the device and it also is a stylus-supported tablet. 

The stylus in question is the Lenovo Precision Pen 2, which can run up to 200 hours of use on one full charge which is pretty neat.

Camera

Lenovo Tab P11 Plus features a 13MP main camera with Auto-Focus and a wide lens, it also has a LED flash feature in the main camera and video recording at 1080@30fps. The selfie camera has an 8MP camera with fixed focus and video recording at 1080@30fps. The camera is one of the strongest suits of the P11 Plus.

Both the tabs are quality devices, but the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro is a better tablet altogether. The reason also is that Lenovo Tab 11 Pro is a premium device with premium pricing, while the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus was launched with a slightly toned-down version of its predecessor with mid-range pricing. 

The Lenovo Tab P11 Pro is a popular device with premium features, so Lenovo decided to launch the same device with almost the same features so that more people could get their hands on the model. There are slight differences in the features of both the tabs but they are not massive.

Which has a better Camera?

Lenovo always tries to put up a good camera on their tablets. Mid-range or premium there is always an effort by Lenovo to put a decent camera in their tablets. The Lenovo Tab P11 Plus has a better overall camera than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite but the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a very decent camera as well.

The Lenovo Tab P11 Plus has a 13MP main camera with LED flash, Auto-Focus, and video recording at 1080@30fps. It has an 8MP selfie camera with fixed focus and video recording at 1080@30fps. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has an 8MP Wide-angle main camera with HDR and Panorama feature and video recording at 1080@30fps. The selfie camera is 5MP with fixed focus ad video recording at 1080@30fps.

Verdict after testing both the devices

As seen by the above comparison, Lenovo Tab P11 Plus is a superior device but do not let that hide the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a quality tab too. There are noticeable differences between the tabs but that is more to do with the generation gap. 

Lenovo Tab P11 Plus is a solid and quality upgrade over the previous generation of Lenovo tabs. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite would be a good budget buy but if you’re looking for a more recent tab and an upgraded processor and display then Lenovo Tab P11 Plus is the obvious choice.

Final Verdict

Lenovo Tab P11 Plus is a solid mid-range tab. It is a proper family tab at affordable pricing. It has everything one needs in a tablet. The additional option of an ultrathin keyboard and Lenovo Precision Pen 2 makes it an even more attractive device. 

There are other versions of the Lenovo P11 tablet but the P11 Plus is as solid a tablet like the other versions. If you’re looking for a good mid-range family tablet with ample features then the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus is recommended.
