The Samsung Galaxy Tab series has upped the ante when it comes to delivering cut-throat specs coming in at a stellar price point in recent years. To further cement their progress, Samsung will be announcing the Galaxy Tab S9+. And, courtesy of @OnLeaks(Steve H. McFly), we’ve got renders, videos, and the complete list of specifications for the to-be-announced Galaxy Tab S9+ (2023) right here at WolfofTablet.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ Specifications
Here’s the complete list of specifications for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+
|Display Size||12.4 inch|
|Connectivity||USB-C, Smart Connector|
|Dimensions||285.4 x 185.4 x 5.64mm|
|Camera||Dual Rear Camera Setup|
|Front Camera||Single Selfie Camera|
|S-Pen Support||Yes (Magnetic area on back)|
Looking at the specifications, there are a few interesting points to note over here. Firstly, we still see the magnetic area on the back of the S-Pen, which allows the stylus to be conveniently stored whenever you are not using it.
Moreover, we’re also met with the same display size and are expected to be greeted with the same resolution as well of 1752×2800 pixels (~266 ppi.) There still will not be a headphone jack on the newer tablet. However, we can expect an under-display optical fingerprint sensor coupled with Wireless Samsung DeX support as well, ensuring that it retains its powerhouse productivity status.
USB Type-C 3.2 is expected to retain its position on the S9+ with support for 45W wired charging also being included. The rear cameras are going to be updated to become more cohesive with the Samsung Galaxy S23’s design language, with the circular, rounded cameras presented in a vertical fashion.
One interesting point to note is the inclusion of a secondary sensor integrated when the tablet is handled within landscape mode. As of yet, we aren’t sure of exactly what this sensor is, but we’re expecting it to be a secondary selfie camera meant for video calls or when you are using your tablet in landscape mode, great for someone who works from home and is in the mood of replacing their laptop with a tablet.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ Images and Videos
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Tab S9 series in the second half of the year. They will also release the Galaxy Z Flip 5 in the same time period. According to Paul Michael from Mediapeanut.
To preface, while there are no antenna lines shown in the renders, this does not mean that there won’t be any antenna lines, this was based on the model leaked to us. Besides that, we don’t see any major changes in terms of design on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ other than two vertical rounded cameras, reminiscent of the S23 series.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ is expected to be a minor step-up from the S8+. It isn’t going to be an entire paradigm shift in the world of Samsung tablets, but the minor upgrade is still worthwhile due to the added sensor in landscape mode and the inclusion of a new and updated camera design that will also be bumping up its overall performance.
